The store may accept the order, reject it, or cancel the order in some cases: for example, if the product is unavailable, has a manufacturing defect, if the product is priced incorrectly, or if it is found that the order is fraudulent. We will refund what you have paid for orders that have not been accepted or have been canceled.
Return Policy:
- A refund request can be raised within (7 days – I think this need to be changed) of receiving the product through the available customer communication channels on the website, provided that it is in its new condition (unused and undamaged).
- The product to be returned must be in its original unused condition and inclusive of all accessories and dress packaging, including the box.
- The return request should be submitted through the customer service communication channels.
- The product to be returned will be inspected to verify compliance with the return or exchange conditions.
- Upon approval of the return request, the refund process takes about 15 working days or more depending on the payment method used.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange. (are they?)
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Delivery fees are not refunded if canceled after shipping.
- In case of return, the shipping cost for return will be borne by the customer.
- In case of a defect or manufacturing error in the product, it will be returned after notification and verification, and the store will bear the cost of return shipping. ( I think we should move this point up, so the customer reads it 1st, before point 6)
Replacement Policy:
- A request for product replacement can be made within two days (7 days – I think this need to be changed) from the date of receipt by contacting customer service through available communication channels.
- The product to be replaced must be in its original unused condition and include all accessories and packaging specific to the dress.
- The product to be replaced will be inspected to ensure compliance with return or replacement conditions.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning and replacing the product.
Cases where products cannot be returned:
- When a return request is made after the specified time.
- When the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as received.
- Consumed or tampered products.
- Products without price tags, labels, original cover and box, or missing accessories and attachments.
